Shipping
Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking code to the email you registered the order with. The tracking information will be available after 2-3 days (Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing excluding weekends and major holidays)

FREE Domestic Shipping for Orders Over $100
***Domestic orders will be dispatched from Indonesia warehouse.
DELIVERY:
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days, unless is written with "Est. Shipment of ... Working Days" (the product is estimated to be shipped out after the estimated shipment days), after receipt of payment and are shipped via selected courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Furthermore, delivery will only be performed on working days.
Standard shipping 3-5 days for domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
Customers will be responsible with import duties, with the amount varies according to the import tax regulation in the countries the recipient lives in. (shipping time estimations do not include any time possibly spent in customs)
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
WORLDWIDE COUNTRIES
***Orders from Singapore and Malaysia will be dispatched from Indonesia warehouse.
***Orders from Australia / US / UK / Japan / Korea / Vietnam / Thailand / Philippines will be dispatched from China warehouse.

Lost Packages
* Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee
***Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If delivery was made without signature in your favor, we cannot guarantee for the lost or damaged
Returns
* We have a 7-days from the delivery date, no-questions-asked return policy. Returns will only be processed accordingly when they arrive within the 7 days return period.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
* We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.
* Please note that we do not offer free returns and shipping labels for any kinds of orders.
* If the product you receive is damaged or contaminated, please provide photo evidence within 48 hrs after receiving and email to inechoes.store@gmail.com
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
* Accessories including Jewelries, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats.
* SALE Items cannot be refunded (marked down items, orders placed during a sale period)
